ALL Orders are CUSTOM Glass Slippers creations ...made to order always unless otherwise stated on the listing.....
If "Custom" is not mentioned on any particular listing...please assume it is a Custom, Made to Order item
Crystal Supplies purchased are not custom orders ..returns, cancellations and refunds will be considered at buyers expense.
Items eligible for return are at buyers expense.....postage/shipping is buyers responsibility
Prior approval is required and return shipping costs are buyers responsibility
NO exceptions.
Cancellations or detail changes will ONLY be considered if I am contacted within the first 24 hours that an order has been placed.
My approval is required for these situations. I can not discredit my time spent on your purchase, nor the custom items themselves by cancelling orders.

4. Custom Item Selections, Convo Contact & Replies
Many of the Glass Slipper creations have custom choices. I will send a Convo directly following notification of your order requesting some of these custom selections.
If a buyer does not respond within 1 week of original Convo date, my policy would be to create the item AS SHOWN in the main listing photo.
If photos show more than 1 choice....I will refund the custom purchase
5. Flip Flop Sandal Length Measurements
I provide sandal lengths on each custom offering. These are approximate numbers and do change from time to time, without notice. Please inquire with me about your pair if you have and concerns. I will pull from stock your exact pair and provide you with the exact measurements.
Size selection is the responsibility of the buyer and I do not refund, replace or remake pairs ordered incorrectly ...no exceptions ....
